Consistency
Full-bodied, balanced coffee—dialled in every morning and made with care.
Our Story
Owner Saki Samarathunga brought 12 years of hospitality experience to a simple idea: every customer should feel remembered, not processed.

Where it began
In the early days, café service could easily become transactional: take the order, make the coffee, move quickly to the next customer. Saki saw a better way.
Learning names, remembering favourite orders and noticing the small details turned daily café visits into genuine relationships. The regulars became the reason.

Our People
From festive mornings to team milestones, Coffee Ministry is built by people who bring warmth, personality and a little fun to every shift.

“A great café is remembered for how it makes people feel—the coffee, the pace, the greeting and the care behind every cup.”
For Saki and the Coffee Ministry team, it has never been only about serving coffee. It is about looking after people and creating a place where everyone is more than a transaction.
